[lazarus] Loading and saving files

Hello:

I've been trying to save projects, and it crashes. The problem is that the
"filename" property of TUnitInfo is empty.

I've browsed  the source, and it doesn't  looks like a bug, but  it looks
like saving and loading files is not yet implemented.

I could help with this, it doesn't touch GUI and it's  enough isolated, so I
can't damage too much ;-)
