[lazarus] Nightly builds of the Linux IDE

** NIGHTLY BUILDS OF THE IDE **

There will now be nightly builds available of the Lazarus IDE (after
4:30AM EST). Initially they will be for Linux only but in short order we
should have Win32 builds as well. This means you can look at and play
with the IDE without having to get the source from CVS. 

We would appreciate having as many people as possible download and test
the IDE to find bugs and problems. Don't be mistaken, there will be
many. The current release is 0.7 and while it does function many parts
are still not completed and many other parts functionality changes as
development continues.

INSTALLATION NOTES:

* Untar the archive in the dir you want (in /usr/ or /local/usr/) 
* edit the ppc386.cfg and adding the line: -Fu/usr/lib/lazarus/0.7/units
