It should be up now. As I mentioned the other day we will probably get
slashdot'ed somewhere along the line and it happened this morning. The
traffic blew the servers. I'll try to keep an eye on it today so if it
does go down it won't be for long. People have been downloading the IDE
Binary in droves.   :-)
