There has never been a missing file from 1.0.4. So it looks more like you have the
development (1.1) compiler.

You need to checkout a fresh copy of the compiler and RTL using:

cvs co -r FIXES_1_0_0 compiler
cvs co -r FIXES_1_0_0 rtl
