[lazarus] Changed HowTo

I made the changes to the HowTo to reference the fact that 1.0.5 is
currently needed. I also provide a link to the Lazarus ftp site version
of the compiler.

Marc,

In the future I will look at setting something up so that this is
automatic or an easy modification but for now I'll just change it as
needed.
