[lazarus] fpc 1.1 works again

I've fixed compiler version 1.1 so it can compile lazarus again. The only problem is the
-Ca in the Makefile.fpc that is now obsolete (also for 1.0.5). Shall i remove the -Ca from
the Makefile.fpc and update the Makefile.fpc for the new fpcmake ?
