[lazarus] how to set lazarus to work on RedHat 7.0

now i have set it right ;)
the IDe show me the message when i press Build:
"Project "Project1" successfuly build ;)"
but a Message Box: 
"No Program file /xxx/lazarus/myProject/Project1 found "
hmmm
something is wrong ??
coze there is no *.o 
in myProject directory 
hmmm
somebody can help me ???
