Ok here is the screen dump.

I only see the speed buttons but I can get to the menu's if I use the hot
keys.

Does this mean you do see something other than just the one row of
repainting speedbuttons? If so I would like to see your snapshot because
it means you are getting further then the rest of us.  :-\
