[lazarus] New Bugfixes

Hi all,

I committed a few bugfixes:

-> create project from program fixed
-> save a new project fixed
-> bookmark saving: correct line is now saved
-> killing focus: workaround for strange gtk behaviour
-> Added SetCaretRespondToFocus and SetCaretPosEx to control carets without focus. This allows the word and template completion to keep the caret visible.
-> CodeTool parser: multple bracket levels
-> gtk-interface: make clean now cleans all
