Hi all,

Updates:

- TMenuItem can now be created/destroyed/moved at any time

- the recent projects and recent files lists are now updated instantly

- the arrow speedbutton in the IDE mainbar now popups a list of 
  recent projects and files

- fixed codecompletion of functions for property modifier 'stored'

- fixed: scanner now finds files created via open file

- fixed: save file now checks if file exists
         or date changed since last load/save

- CodeTools now check for filebreaks when inserting new code. 

- added actnlist.pas (the defined classes are not tested yet)
