Hi all,

I have added code from Andrew Johnson:

- The lcl has now a graphicsmath.pp which contains geometric functions like 
  Bezier lines and overloaded operators for TFloatPoint.

- New function: TCanvas.Chord

- Replacements for TgtkObject.Pie, TgtkObject.Polyline, TWin32Object.Pie and a new   AngleChord function



Minor Updates:

- Open File At Cursor now checks if filename is in a include directive 
  and if yes, will search in the include path instead of the source path.
