[lazarus] Searching HTML component

The only HTML I was able to ever find for Delphi was based on the
Microsloth ActiveX component for IE.  Why reinvent the wheel and all
that... unfortunately that doesn't do us a lot of good.  I also searched
through DSP for components with source and couldn't find anything.
