[lazarus] esound component

I've gotten a report that under certain conditions my eSound component
might hang the application.  I'm still unclear of what these conditions
are or what might have caused it, so if anyone is actively using the
sound unit Andrew and I developed, please let me know if you've seen
this happen.

It appears that certain sound files might be the culprit, that when
cached they freeze the app.  But, since I can't reproduce it, I dunno.
