Hi all,

Updates for fpc1.1:

- The IDE can now read the defined makros from the 1.1 compiler
- new procedure specifiers: compilerproc, iocheck, [external]
- interfaces: 
   - method resolution
   - 'implements' property specifier
   - find declaration in and with interfaces, 
     forward interfaces, ...
   - GUID
