[lazarus] Updated links for my component pack

I just updated the link for my component pack at the Lazarus site.

Since my ISP is going down I'm having to reconstruct my website entirely
at a host provider.  This means all direct links into my site have
changed.

Geez I hate DirecTV for leaving me out in the cold...
