[lazarus] 1.1 compiler recommended yet?

Ehmmmm... none at the moment, since when I announced that, I read that Peter
was updating some parts of the FCL and that is was instabel etc. So I
decided to wait. If you think everything is OK for us, then I'll give it a
go.
