Currently the Windows version is very alpha. It is getting better but 
still has some way to go before I can build nightly binaries that are 
reliable. So to that end the only recourse is to get the source code out 
of CVS and build it yourself. You can find the compiler on the FPC site 
but you might want to get that our of CVS as well and gen a current 
version of the compiler as well.

Hopefully in the near future we can provide nightly binaries of the Lazarus.
