[lazarus] CVS changes

Hello,

I just commited some changes:

- TSpeedbutton improvements - drawing stuff (caption, margin, spacing, 
layout)
- added PageCount to TNotebook
- clean up component selection stuff in IDE

The component selection sometimes behaves funny - instead of selecting a 
component it fires an event like open file, etc.
It seems that mouse clicks propagate through parent / are somewhat funny.

I'll tackle with TGraphicControl and see if I am able to do something 
about this and also clipping / clientrect
