[lazarus] Win32 crash fixed

Same as Marco. It does startup and you can see some of the windows being
generated but then it just shuts down.

As for the examples. I can now run most of them. They look like crap
with all of the buttons and items overlaying each other but you can see
that it is tring to work. Some of the features don't work correctly but
it has come a LOOOOOOOOnnnng way. I can't imagine it will take too much
effort to smooth out some of the rough edges.

Oh yeah.  Win98SE.

As an interesting note the hello.exe that you sent me previously does
run on Win98SE but doesn't work at all on Win95. Maybe some sort of
indicator.
