[lazarus] First contact

Lazarus can already contain Interbase components. They have been
commented out by me because they required interbase lib's that I didn't
have on my development pc. However, the components are "ready". They
are FPC components that are displayed in the IDE when uncommented.

Not yet and not in the near future. But it will be eventually become RAD
like Delphi. The form editing is under construction, and I hope to get
some things working in a few weeks.

Lazarus is an IDE and a visual library called LCL. All non visual parts
including database support will be provided by Free Pascal and their
packages. Perhaps someone from the fpc team can tell what is already
working.

I have already started some internationalization. But it is a lot of
boring work. I will do it, as soon as I have written a nice tool to
create automatically resource strings. If u want it earlier, u can help
us, by replacing all strings in the sources by a resource strings.

There is hardly any documentation or tutorial, and the RAD part is not
working. So I would say, it will not be easy without Delphi knowledge.
