[lazarus] newbie q'

Hi everyone!

Me and my colleague (who are a stubborn Delphi user) recently installed the FPC and lazarus rpm on a Mandrake 8.2.

Well, first error was that it couldn't find "CONTROLS". I edited the environment path (after browsing the excellent mailarchives on the webside) but still it can't find it?

What have I missed? Is it better to download the tar file?? 

And, is there a installationguide somewhere?
