Hi all,

I have added the gnu profiler (gprof) option to the compiler options dialog.

Minor updates:
- find declaration: 'nil' as operand type
- fixed synedit: inserting text, when right side has trailing spaces
- fixed method jumping, when searching a renamed method
- added keys: move cursor to absolute begin/end, selection keys
- fixed find declaration: bug in class invisibility flags
- fixed TTreeView collapse and update scrollbar bug
- fixed finddeclaration: function as 'with' context
- small updates/fixes for TTreeView
- fixed crash of syntextdrawer in finalization phase
