[lazarus] New New Lazarus Logo

Just looking at it again, and I have one (tiny) suggestion. I always think
of it as "The Lazarus Project" to me "Lazarus Project" doesn't sound as
definite.

So I suggest changing

"Free Pascal
Lazarus
Project"

to

"Free Pascal
The
Lazarus
Project"
