Our company changed ISP. As a consequence, our IP addresses and IP
ranges have changed. The new addresses are sometimes unknown - I don't
know why.

If you want constant IP access, put the following in your hosts file:

212.224.143.202 cvs.freepascal.org
212.224.143.202 www.freepascal.org
