[lazarus] Apologies for site being down

Greetings,

I am sure many people had noticed that the Lazarus site was down since
Tuesday morning. It was bad hardware at my ISP and it took until 1/2
hour ago for them to figure it out and get the hardware replaced. So now
it is back online.
