[lazarus] New web site is live!

Greetings,

After extensive review by the developers and some extensive 
modifications to suit our needs we finally have the new web site online.

The application logos also reflect the new web site as well.

If you find problems (aka broken pieces_ please report them to me so 
that I can address them soonest.

I want to give the site one day of use before I make announcements in 
the various PR locations about the new site and the latest version of 
Lazarus.
