[lazarus] Win32 Alpha of Lazarus

Hi all,
 
I just downloaded and installed the Alpha version 
of the Win32 Lazarus installer. I tried to use it like the Delphi RAD tool works 
(Ie: click on the TMenu component then click on the form, or double click on the 
TMenu component). At this point this doesn't seem to work.
 
If this isn't how you do it, how do you add a 
component to the form?
