[lazarus] Lazarus

Hi,
Where can I get a fpc-1.0.6 compiled version of Lazarus that works
with windows98se? I get errors because FPC can not find any of the
Lazarus units. rtl classes and the rest of the units from fcl can be found.

Example
fpc -S2 -Fuc:/pp/units/win32/rtl -Fuc:/pp/units/win32/lcl testforms.pp
Than the error can't find FORMS.
