[lazarus] win compile error

I'm getting the following compile error. (see below) 
I'm using Free Pascal Compiler version 1.0.6 [2002/04/23] for i386
Fresh update from cvs as of May 31 midnight. I'm on a win98 machine. 
(I would like to contribute but I can't seem to get it to compile).
