[lazarus] Problem compiling lazarus under new install of 1.0.7

It should be in there. If it complains, ppc386.cfg or fpc.cfg probably
point to the old RTL (which the compiler refuses).

I usually compile a small helloworld program with -vt or -va as extra
parameter in such cases, and try to find out where the compiler is looking.
