[lazarus] New Bug TMemo.SelStart, SelLength, SelText

Both SelStart and SelLength return 0 Regardless, and SelText returns and 
empty string.
As I remember SelStart always refer to the caret position( keyboard 
cursor) in a control if there is no sellection or the beginning of a 
selection. SelLength referes to the length of a selection where 0 
indicates no selection.

I have no Idea how to fix this, can somone tell me how to do this please.
