[lazarus] New patch

This patch contains a first "bypass" of  TListItem.Selected. This mean
that it provides read access to Selected (via GetState and new field
FState) from DoSelectItem and dummy write access. So, multiselect mostly
works. The lack is the case when select is made by Shift. Such a select
is not recognized until it is modified. After modification
(ctrl+clicking etc) all seems OK.
Besides, it is a bit of localization.
