Title: TRadioGroup ItemIndex doesn\'t work properly

TRadioGroup does not allow a value of -1 in the itemindex property (meaning not items selected) .
It works like it is a 0.

At the other side, it raises an Index out of bounds exception on SetItemIndex when you set the itemindex property on a value greater than the current items.count.
