Title: Moving controls with focused TOP property

If you drop a text box on a form, then select the \"TOP\" property in the property editor it doesn\'t matter where you move the control, as soon as the control in the form looses focus, it snaps back to the last position. 

Suggested fix:  Perhaps have property editor detect when the form designer is selected again and have it lose focus on the currently edited property at that time.
