Your HTML coding is bad.


In the header you have

<Title="LinCmd">

This should be

<Title>LinCmd</title>

Netscape/Mozilla/Galeon are not as forgiving as IE to mistakes like 
this.  :-)


The tag as it is now means that Netscape tries to make all of the page 
content the <Title>
