Only talk about incomplete streaming to my knowledge is Bitmap/Picture
Streaming to .lfm(form files), and that is because the components
themselves(not to mention the interface portion) are incomplete.

What you are talking about is TStringList on a code level correct? Well
since TStringList and TStream are both non visual objects, they are part of
the FCL, which is and has been for the most part fully functional.(The only
thing which wasn't working right was TSringlist.sort, and this was I believe
fixed 1.0.5).
And to my knowledge TStrings Streaming to the .lfm file also works properly.
Just to clarify, usually when talking about streaming things on this list,
it has to do with Lazarus and LCL's completeness, not the completeness of
the FCL and implementation therein.
