Title: Keyboard dont respond on editor window

Under Windows 2000, I\'ve installed 
\"lazarus_ide_installer.exe\" package,  version 0.8.2a, and the last Free Pascl package.

I\'ve started IDE but my keyboard don\'t respond when     I tried to tape some codes ?! I could configure some
pathes but the editor didnt respond ?

Another bug, I can\'t create any widget on forms ?
