[lazarus] Icons for application

Good info, thanks!

However- this doesn't change the filesystem icon, just the icon in the
form window corner.  I was hoping for something that would make the
executable jump out and say "click me!" if you know what I mean.. 
Perhaps Linux doesn't support that the same way as Windows?
