[lazarus] Icons for application

Wow, I didn't realize I could load bitmaps from a resource!

Now I won't have to distribute the graphics as separate files...  I
replaced the splash screen already with a loadfromlazarusresource
statement.

Am I playing with dangerous code doing this?
