[lazarus] How to scroll TMemo control in code

Is this true? If yes, then this is good news. But I need confirmation from you
who are more knowledgeable how GPL works and in particular how is it
being applied to MySQL.

... afaik not, you might have to pay if you modify MySQL itself, and sell it
for money. Not if you merely package MySQL with your product.
