Marcs idea of writing a TStrings descendent, that is Text based instead of
lines looks very promising for this. Let's call it TStringText. TMemoStrings
should then become a descendent of TStringText. 
If the TMemo is then still not fast enough, we can add the callback and the
two new interface functions.
