[lazarus] I got tired of waiting for a TMaskedEdit

Maybe I'm using it the wrong way, try the next editmask:
'00-00-00;0;?'. What I'm trying to do is not to store the literals
'-'. When I use 00-00-00;1;? it works ok :).
