[lazarus] Editor UI suggestion...

When tabbing between open files in the editor, it's very easy to
accidentally hit the close button. The dialog that pops up offers to
save the file... but there's no way to cancel the operation if it wasn't
intentional. A cancel button would be a nice addition to yes and no. :)

I'm not sure why close buttons on the tabs are really needed? Closing
the page is only a right click away.
