[lazarus] Problem with TIBDatabase streaming

Hi all,

Looks like I found a bug in streaming TIBDatabase component.

When adding TIbdatabase into a project, trying to save the project causes the following error

"Unable to stream frmFirebird.TfrmFirebird"

Here is the output from the console
