[lazarus] RedHat 9.0

I downloaded rpm packages for lazarus, fpc1.1 and fpc1.1src and installed it.
First of all I had to change permissions for /usr/share/fpcsrc and all
subdirectories because the x flag was not set. Compiling a project developed
with lazarus on RedHat 8.0 ends with "unit SYSTEM not found". All directories
in lazarus are set to defaults. The debugger is set to "(none)" at every
start of lazarus.
I'll try fpc1.0.7.
