Title: Breakpoint Enable Status forgotten between runs

Original Description:
Try this:

1.- Set a breakpoint
2.- Run the application / hit the breakpoint/End Application
3.- Disable the breakpont
4.- Run the application again

The breakpoint will hit again even when it is marked as disabled.
