[lazarus] Fresh CVS download won't compile

I just blew away my lazarus directory and downloaded the latest from CVS 
since mine was sooooo old.

Here's what I get on a fresh "make":

The file "gtkint.pp" exists in /home/tony/lazarus/lcl/interfaces/gtk 
right where it should be.
