[lazarus] I Cant Compile...

The GNU utils don't need to be installed, they come with FPC. Make
sure that only the FPC directory is in the $PATH$, and that it is originally
set up to work.

Also make sure that you didn't install Free Pascal in a directory with a space
in it. FPC can handle it, but the GNU utils can't.
