[lazarus] Lazarus on Win32 does not work for me

I know it does not work properly by I saw somebody 
on the list saying it started properly and this don't happend to 
me.
 
I have 
Free Pascal Compiler version 1.0.10 [2003/06/27] 
for i386Copyright (c) 1993-2003 by Florian Klaempfl
 
And last night snapshot of Lazarus.
 
I was able to compile it. When it starts, a message 
saying:
"Free Pascal Sources not found" 
appears.
 
It seems that I don't have some configuration file 
Lazarus expects.
