[lazarus] find declaration can't find sysutils for windows with fpc 1.9..1

Hi,

I have some problems with find declaration in combination with fpc 1.9.1
on my linux computer. If I set the target os in the compiler options to
win32, it can't find the sysutils unit used in the file win32int.pp.
If I switch to fpc 1.0.11 I have no such problem. In both versions the
location is of sysutils.pp is rtl/win32/sysutils.pp.

Is anybody else having this problem? Is this a bug or a
misconfiguration?
